Google the Ultimate Librarian

Google has become the Ultimate Librarian. What am I talking about?

Well at uni money was tight so I used the library more - free books. The internet is the same tonnes of free information, some good and some is utterly crap and dangerous. Enter the big Goo…

Getting books out of the library was always easy - turn up, find the book and head away to read what was needed. Simple. Well not quite. Often they did not have the book I wanted and being a poor student I would beg them to get the book in, sometimes it worked, more often it didn’t. When the librarian did not get the book I wanted off I wandered to speak to a lecturer. Please Mr lecturer can you ask the library to get this book for me? Thank you ever so much. And up turns the book.

Google works in exactly the same principle. You, (if you don’t know any better), go to Google and fill the form in and ask them to add you to the library. They will, however it can take months. Plead with them, add some links to small unknown sites, and eventually they will let you in, but nowhere that you will ever be found.

Get a friend, that is the best idea. Get a lecturer on your side, someone with authority as Google and the librarian will believe that authority, and then they will grant you, the student something you want.

So when do you become an authority? Well it takes a minimum of three years to complete a degree, round about that amount of time is a good mark, that is assuming you passed all your exams and studied hard.
